This is where the big ideas get resolved into a garden you can actually picture yourself in. We shape the concept around your brief, present it, then refine it with your feedback until the layout, the planting palette and the feature areas all work as one. You come away with a considered vision to hold onto and share with contractors, which turns a rough wishlist into a plan worth building.

This is the stage that protects both your budget and your design once the build begins. We turn your approved concept into a full set of construction drawings, refined with contractor input so the numbers add up, and documented down to the materials, levels, lighting and every plant. Builders quote from one detailed set, which means fewer surprises on-site and a finished garden that matches the one you signed off on.

A strong set of drawings still has to survive the build, and that's where we stay in your corner. We attend the key construction milestones, answer the questions that always come up on-site with a design solution rather than a compromise, and check your plants on delivery so they go in where they were drawn. You get the garden that was designed, not a rough approximation of it, and you don't have to referee the details on your own.
